Important Update for the CBT Testing - ELA

Dear Families,

Today, April 9, our students experienced a disruption while taking the state ELA exam online due to a server capacity issue with the test provider’s server. Many students lost connection early in the testing process. Once the problem was identified, the New York State Education Department directed schools to pause testing.
Since this is the second day we’ve encountered technical problems with the platform, we’ve rescheduled the ELA test to April 10 and 11. This change gives the State of New York time to address any remaining issues before students resume testing.
